Products & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, specifications and prices accurately. Actual colors or finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting or photography.

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you about available options and refund any payment received for products we cannot supply where applicable.

Orders & Confirmation

When you submit an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products. We may contact you to confirm your delivery information or clarify order details before dispatch.

Please ensure your name, phone number, address and other checkout details are correct. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will assist where possible, subject to the order status and applicable law.

Prices & Payment

Our store prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless a different currency is clearly displayed. Any applicable shipping charge will be communicated before your order is finalized.

Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. If a pricing or technical error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery

Our estimated delivery time is 1–3 days after order confirmation. Shipping costs range from EGP 60 to EGP 100, depending on the destination and delivery area.

Delivery estimates may vary due to courier schedules, holidays, incomplete addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delivery issue.

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number so the courier can reach you.

Returns & Refunds

You may request an eligible return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, including for a change of mind, subject to the exceptions established by Egyptian consumer protection law.

If a product is defective or does not match its stated specifications, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving it, as provided by Egyptian consumer protection rules. Such claims will be handled without additional charges where required by law.

To begin a return or refund request, email support@moukegy.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will explain the next steps. You may be asked for photographs or other relevant information to help resolve the request.

Some items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns because of their nature, condition or packaging where a legal exception applies. Refunds will be handled within the periods required by applicable law and returned through an appropriate available payment method.

Nothing in this policy reduces your mandatory consumer rights.
