Delivery Locations

MOUK provides delivery services to customers in Egypt. Delivery arrangements and availability may depend on your location and the courier’s service coverage. For questions about a particular delivery area, please contact us before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is 1–3 days after order confirmation. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery may take longer during public holidays, periods of high order volume, courier disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay comes to our attention, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs range from EGP 60 to EGP 100 per order, depending on the governorate, destination and delivery area.

Your applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before the order is finalized. Shipping charges are separate from product prices unless expressly stated otherwise.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Once you place an order, we may contact you to verify the order or confirm your delivery details. Orders can be dispatched after the necessary information has been confirmed and the items are available.

If a product is unavailable or there is an issue with your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Delivery Information

To avoid unnecessary delays, please provide your full name, accurate address, governorate, area and active phone number at checkout. Someone should be available to receive the package when the courier arrives.

If you notice an error in your details, contact us as soon as possible at support@moukegy.com. We will try to help update the information, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot reach you or deliver to the address provided, an additional delivery attempt may need to be arranged. Please contact us if you have missed a delivery so that we can review the available options with the courier.

Any potential additional charges will be explained where applicable before a new delivery arrangement is confirmed.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your delivery has not arrived within the estimated window, or if your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and a brief explanation.

For damaged or incorrect items, photographs of the item and packaging may help us investigate the issue promptly. We will work with you and, where relevant, our delivery partners to find an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request an eligible return or refund within 14 days of receiving it, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Consumer rights relating to defective or nonconforming products remain unaffected.

To request assistance, email us with your order number and the reason for your request. We will share the appropriate next steps.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in delivery arrangements or applicable requirements. Any updates will be published on this page. Orders already placed remain subject to applicable laws and the information provided at the time of purchase.
